We support and empower women and women-identified artists and arts professionals across all disciplines by providing mentorship, resources, coaching, and career opportunities. HerSector is committed to creating an inclusive, accessible, and safe space where individuals can share experiences, overcome systemic barriers, and thrive creatively and professionally.
We envision an equitable future where artists and art professionals are equally represented, celebrated, and valued across the field. Our organization aspires to dismantle systemic barriers, promote diversity, and nurture a thriving community that inspires and supports the next generation of artists and leaders in the arts.
